Learn to Dance

Whether you're learning to dance socially, preparing for a wedding or cruise, or working towards competition, we can customize an instructional program for your needs. Our dances include: Fox Trot Waltz Tango Rumba East Coast Swing West Coast Swing Samba Cha Cha Mambo Merengue Bolero Paso Doble Viennese Waltz Quickstep Country (Waltz, Two Step, Polka, Cha Cha) and more! Private and Group Instruction The unique Fred Astaire Franchised Dance Studio teaching method includes regularly scheduled private instruction as well as group technique lessons. Private instruction with two or more key teachers provides each student with the specialized and personalized attention necessary to develop the ability to lead or follow a partner. Group lessons are an important aid to private instruction, in that patterns, technique, and style are featured in these lessons. Parties, Practice Lessons, and Dancing Events Parties and Practice Lessons provide an ideal atmosphere in which to practice with teachers and other students. Practice Lessons are held for regular students in Denver South on Mondays at 8:15 PM & Wednesdays at 8:15 PM. In our Denver North Location Practice Lessons are held Tuesdays & Thursdays at 8:15 PM. Both Studios offer Group Lessons before each Practice Lesson. Special Guest Parties introduce new people and friends of students to the studio activities. Guest parties are held on Thursdays at 8:15 PM in Denver South & Wednesdays at 8:15 in Denver North. Denver South: For reservations call 303-806-8100. Denver North: For reservations call 303-429-3237. In addition to our weekly events, we host holiday parties and exhibitions throughout the year. Competitions The world-class regional and national Fred Astaire Franchised Dance Studio competitions offer our students the chance to strut their stuff in style as they compete against other amateur dancers from across North America.
